We discuss pairing of excitons and polaritons under effective spin-orbit coupling in two-dimensional semiconductors. The is shown to induce dynamical broadening a two-body bound state. Application transverse magnetic field yields the rich Feshbach resonance phenomenology. predict quantum bosonic halos with synthetic angular momentum ${L}_{z}=\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}2\ensuremath{\hbar}$. $d$-wave-like dressing nominally $s$-wave state induced by spin-orbital continuum open channel. As possible manifestation phenomenon equilibrium phase diagram we biexcitonic Mott supercurrent: Dissociation biexciton Bose-Einstein condensate into superfluid current upon increasing density.
